Getting Started
I’M VERY EXCITED to create beautiful stationery for your wedding day!
Here is how everything works and hopefully this helps you understand the behind-the-scenes processes of custom design!
When you are ready for me to work on your design, follow these 3 steps:
1) Submit the 50% non-refundable retainer.
2) Provide all proposed design elements and other design factors for me to consider + any inspiration photos.
3) Submit your approval of design by reading this page, filling out the form at the bottom and submitting it to me!
Once the deposit is paid I will send you paper samples to choose your paper type and envelopes.
After an initial consultation, via zoom or email, you’ll you will receive a timeline for a target proof approval and an estimate delivery date.
Your deposit is nonrefundable and pays for all custom design time, proofing, and materials.
Current clients are required to read this page and sign off that the expectations described on this page are understood prior to proof approval and production.

Terms & Conditions
Custom Design Process
Aine Atelier will work closely with you the Client to create custom wedding stationery as per the agreed-upon specifications. The process includes an initial consultation, design drafts x two, up to two revisions of the selected design, and final approval. Due to the nature of the hand illustration/painting additional costs will be incurred if additional designs and or revisions are requested. If the scope of your design should change dramatically during the proof process, a new cost proposal must be approved, and a new timeline will need to be evaluated.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euro and are subject to change. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work on the project. The remaining balance is due upon final approval of the design before printing. We will notify you of any pricing changes in each proof and in the final design release, where you will sign off on any updated pricing. Changes after the contract is signed and the retainer is paid that result in a lesser amount than originally agreed upon will not be changed in the invoice and you will have to pay for the original amount. Changes after the contract is signed and the retainer is paid that result in a larger amount than originally agreed upon will be added to the invoice and it is your responsibility to cover those costs.
Approval and Printing
Final approval from the Client is required before printing. The Client must thoroughly review all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, layout, and colour. Once approved, any errors are the responsibility of the Client. Aine Atelier is not liable for any errors discovered after the final approval. Please be aware that any delays caused by you will postpone your estimated completion date.
Delivery
Aine Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or shipping services. Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice unless otherwise specified. Please count and review all items within 72 hours of pick up or delivery.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the work, cancellations are not accepted after the final approval of the design. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for completed work or printed materials.
CANCELLATION BY YOU FOR ANY REASON: If you decide to cancel the job prior to any part of it going to press, you agree to forfeit your deposit. Cancellations after the job has been sent to press will not be accepted. You cannot cancel any part of your job once the final design release contract has been signed. All quantities of each item provided in the final design release are covered by this clause upon acceptance of this contract. Any quantities lowered or items cancelled are at the sole discretion of Aine Atelier and will constitute forfeiture of that portion of the invoice.
Intellectual Property
Aine Atelier retains all rights to the original artwork and designs created.
Use of Designs for Portfolio
Aine Atelier reserves the right to use images of the custom wedding stationery for promotional purposes, including Aine Atelier’s portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Client.
By proceeding with the commission, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
